The deskReads licence registers and the operators' own terms, and writes down the date of every reading

Twelve cards, five criteria
Online casinos: the best compared, one casino at a time
Every casino in the ranking on one page: what each offers, which coins its cashier takes, what its identity clause says and how the licence stands in the register. Every figure carries a clause number and a date.
Online casinos stand on this page in exactly the order the ranking gives them: first Vave, which sits outside the ranking, then the twelve scored operators, and finally the casinos in places 13 to 30. Each card says what the casino offers, which coins you can pay with, when documents are demanded and whether the licence is in the register for the operator's own domain.
The best online casinos mean one measurable thing here: the ones whose terms and licence satisfy most of the five criteria. Bonus size and game counts do not enter the score, though they appear on the card wherever the operator publishes them. We read the terms on the operators' own pages between 24 August and 12 September 2026, and the register entries between 8 and 13 September 2026. How each criterion is measured is explained on our method page.
Five squares, five criteria, in this order: met unmet

The full ranking with every column. Terms read on the operators' own pages, 24 August – 12 September 2026; licences checked in the registers between 8 and 13 September 2026. The "Card" button leads to the operator's fact card further down this page; the button beside it opens the one casino this site links out to. The 18 casinos under "Other casinos in the list" stand outside the ranking.
A place in the ranking depends on how many of the following five conditions are met:
the operator's terms contain an identity-check clause;
the clause says when the check begins;
the clause carries an amount;
a deadline is set for sending documents;
the licence sits in the issuer's register for the operator's own domain.
Equal scores are ordered alphabetically. The five squares on a card show the same criteria in the same order, and a filled square means the condition is met. A shorter summary of every place is in the ranking on the home page; here every operator is written out in full.
Vave is not scored and earns no points. Its card stands first, outside the ranking, and is marked as such.
How to read a card
Under every card there is a fact box whose rows repeat in the same order for every operator. That lets two casinos be put side by side quickly, without reading terms end to end.
Licence shows the authority, the holder, the number and the state of the register entry, together with the day we looked at it.
Identity check says when the operator asks for documents, and under which clause.
Document threshold is the amount at which a check begins, where the clause writes it out.
Document deadline says how many days you have to send them in.
Payout cap is the daily, weekly or monthly ceiling, or a note that there is no period cap.
Coins and registration describe the cashier and the sign-up form.
Welcome offer is the bonus as it stood on the campaign page.
Below the fact box are two short lists: what the terms settle clearly for the player, and what is worth attention before a deposit. The line “Who it suits” at the end of a card says which player's need the casino matches. Words such as KYC, network confirmation and wagering requirement are explained in the glossary.
The best online casinos as cards: Vave and the twelve scored
The cards below follow the order of the ranking. The first is Vave, outside the ranking, then places 1 to 12. The text of a card adds what will not fit into one row of the fact box: what the offer contains, how the cashier works, the details of the identity clause and the background of the licence.
Vave — outside the ranking
Our pickVave3/5
Outside the ranking: casino and sports betting in one account, an identity check before any withdrawal under clause 8.7, and 14 days for documents.
Licence
Curaçao, Latcas B.V., OGL/2024/1676/0905; the certificate carries the domain vavegame.com
Identity check
Before a withdrawal (cl. 8.7)
Deadline for documents
14 days (cl. 8.7)
Payout cap
No period cap (cl. 8.8)
Registration
Nickname, email address, password
Welcome offer
150% up to 1.5 BTC + 100 free spins on the first deposit, then 100%, 50% and 25%
What the terms settle
An account opens with three fields: nickname, email address and password
14 days to send documents, written in clause 8.7
On the desk's account on 28 August 2026, withdrawals went through without a document up to a total of roughly 5,000 USDT
What to watch
The CGA certificate carries vavegame.com, not vave.com (portal, 12 September 2026)
The deposit has to be wagered before a withdrawal: three times in the casino, once in sports (cl. 8.11)
The campaign page carries no bonus wagering multiplier
Section 8 of the terms as at 25 August 2026; campaign page 24 August 2026; CGA portal cert.cga.cw, 12 September 2026.
Vave is the one casino this site links out to: it stands outside the ranking, without a place number, and is not scored. Casino and sports betting sit in one account. The campaign page (24 August 2026) spreads the bonus over the first four deposits: the first brings 150% of extra money capped at 1.5 BTC together with 100 free spins, and the second, third and fourth bring 100%, 50% and 25% respectively. How many times the bonus has to be wagered, the campaign page does not say. Before a withdrawal, though, clause 8.11 applies: the deposit has to be wagered three times in the casino and once in sports.
Clause 8.7 of the terms allows Vave to ask for an identity document before any withdrawal and gives 14 days to send it. Clause 8.8 sets no period cap; from a win of 50,000 USDT upwards, Vave may in exceptional cases pay in equal instalments. The Curaçao licence OGL/2024/1676/0905 belongs to Latcas B.V. and has been active since 19 May 2025. In the CGA portal on 12 September 2026 that certificate carried one domain, vavegame.com; vave.com was not there.
On 28 August 2026 the desk made deposits and withdrawals at Vave with its own money. Up to a running total of roughly 5,000 USDT, withdrawals went through without a single document. This is an observation from one account over one period, not a rule.
Who it suits: someone who wants casino and sport from one account and registers with a nickname, an email address and a password.
Bitcasino.io, no. 1
1Bitcasino.io4/5
First place with four criteria out of five: a document threshold written in euros, an active Curaçao licence for the domain bitcasino.io, and a dozen named coins.
Licence
Curaçao, Moon Technologies B.V., OGL/2023/111/0069, active in the register
Identity check
A random account check (cl. 3.13) and a check above the threshold (cl. 6.6)
Document threshold
€2,500 or the same value in crypto (cl. 6.6)
Payout cap
On a large withdrawal, up to 1 million USDT a week (cl. 6.10)
Coins
12 in the help-centre article, 13 with SHIB: BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT, TRX, XRP, ADA, DOGE, BNB, USDC, MATIC, TON
Registration
An email address, to be confirmed before the first withdrawal
What the terms settle
The document threshold is written in euros: €2,500 (cl. 6.6)
An active Curaçao certificate in the name of Moon Technologies B.V., with the domain in the entry (12 September 2026)
USDT, USDC, TRX and TON are among the coins named
What to watch
There is no deadline for sending documents
Clause 6.6 keeps the right to check below the threshold too
The right to require the deposit wagered once (cl. 6.4), and five times where a mixing service is suspected (cl. 6.8)
Terms and help centre as at 2 September 2026; CGA register cert.cga.cw, 12 September 2026.
With four criteria out of five, Bitcasino.io is at the top of the table. The help centre names 12 coins: BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT, USDC, TRX, TON, XRP, ADA, DOGE, BNB and MATIC; the deposit-limit table adds SHIB as a thirteenth. Before a withdrawal, a deposit has to have received three network confirmations (cl. 6.1). The welcome package is spread over three deposits, up to 5,000 USDT in total, the smallest deposit is 50 USDT and bonus money has to be wagered 30 times within seven days. By the front page there are more than 5,000 games.
There are two kinds of check: a random account review (cl. 3.13) and documents on a withdrawal above €2,500 or its equivalent in crypto (cl. 6.6). The same sentence keeps the right to check smaller amounts too. There is no deadline for documents, and that is the only criterion missing. A clause with an amount in it is rare in this ranking; all the thresholds sit together on the documents page.
The licence is held by Moon Technologies B.V., Curaçao number OGL/2023/111/0069, issued on 1 July 2024; bitcasino.io was listed on the certificate on 12 September 2026. On a large win, clause 6.10 limits the weekly payout to 1 million USDT.
Who it suits: someone who wants to know in advance the amount at which documents start being asked for, and who counts in euros.
Rocketpot, no. 2
2Rocketpot4/5
Four criteria out of five on the terms side, two amounts and a 30-day deadline, but the CGA portal gave the number 1668/JAZ the status "not valid".
Licence
1668/JAZ printed (cl. 1.2); "not valid" in the CGA portal on 12 and 13 September 2026
USDT on two networks, ERC-20 and TRC-20 (cl. 7.1 and 10.1)
Both the document threshold and the 30-day deadline are written down
One network confirmation is enough (cl. 10.5)
What to watch
The same document carries two different document thresholds
A deposit below 0.001 BTC is lost (cl. 10.2); the deposit has to be wagered three times (cl. 11.2)
The bonus terms carry a 100x wagering requirement
Terms on the operator's page as at 2 September 2026; CGA portal cert.cga.cw, 12 and 13 September 2026.
Rocketpot meets all four criteria on the terms side, but not the licence one. Under clauses 7.1 and 10.1 the cashier carries 13 coins: BTC, ETH, TRX, DOGE, ADA, DAI, XRP, USDC, LTC, BCH, BNB and USDT on two networks, ERC-20 and TRC-20. What the choice of network means is explained on the payments page. One network confirmation is enough (cl. 10.5). A deposit below 0.001 BTC is lost without being credited, under clause 10.2. Every deposit has to be wagered three times before a withdrawal (cl. 11.2), and the bonus terms carry a 100x wagering requirement. The front page names more than 3,000 games.
Documents are asked for before a withdrawal: above 2,500 USD or 0.05 BTC under clause 11.4, above 2,000 USD under clause 12.4 — two different amounts in the same document. A copy of an identity card, a passport, or a message signed from the wallet address of an earlier deposit will do (cl. 11.8); there are 30 calendar days for it (cl. 12.2). Where a win is 5,000 USD or more, up to 5,000 USD is paid out a month (cl. 11.5). As a licence number Rocketpot prints 1668/JAZ (cl. 1.2), but on 12 and 13 September 2026 the CGA portal showed it with the status “not valid”.
Who it suits: a USDT player who wants to choose between ERC-20 and TRC-20 and accepts that the licence criterion goes unmet.
Wild Fortune, no. 3
3Wild Fortune4/5
A two-week deadline for documents and an Anjouan licence whose entry carries wildfortune.io but whose validity ends on 29 September 2026.
Licence
Anjouan, Metlait SRL, ALSI-202509073-FI2, valid to 29 September 2026
Identity check
Before playing with bitcoin (cl. 2.7) and before a withdrawal (cl. 11.2)
Deadline for documents
Two weeks from the withdrawal request
Payout cap
€1,000 a day, €5,000 a week, €15,000 a month (cl. 11.8)
Email address; an identity document before playing with bitcoin
Welcome offer
225% up to 7,500 Canadian dollars + 250 free spins across five deposits
What the terms settle
Withdrawal caps in euros by day, week and month (cl. 11.8)
Ten coins on the banking page, USDT and TRX among them
wildfortune.io is on the Anjouan register entry (12 September 2026)
What to watch
The licence's validity ends on 29 September 2026
To play with bitcoin a document has to be produced before play (cl. 2.7)
Winnings from the first three deposits are capped at 7,500 Canadian dollars (cl. 11.15); the deposit has to be wagered three times (cl. 9.7)
Terms and banking page as at 2 September 2026; Anjouan register, 12 September 2026.
Wild Fortune's licence is from Anjouan: Metlait SRL, ALSI-202509073-FI2, issued on 30 September 2025 and valid to 29 September 2026. The register entry carried wildfortune.io on 12 September 2026; 29 domains in all sat under the same licence on 2 September 2026. The banking page lists 10 coins: USDT, BTC, ETH, LTC, BCH, BNB, TRX, XRP, DOGE and ADA. The welcome offer is 225% up to 7,500 Canadian dollars and 250 free spins across five deposits; the amounts stood on the page in Canadian dollars.
The identity check is triggered in two situations: a bitcoin player produces a document before play (cl. 2.7), and everyone is checked before a withdrawal (cl. 11.2). Documents have two weeks, and the clause names no amount. Withdrawals are capped in three views: €1,000 a day, €5,000 a week and €15,000 a month (cl. 11.8). What those caps mean on a large win is discussed on the payouts page. Winnings from the first three deposits are capped at 7,500 Canadian dollars (cl. 11.15) and the deposit has to be wagered three times (cl. 9.7).
Who it suits: someone who counts in euros, wants the caps known in advance, and will watch whether the licence is renewed after 29 September 2026.
Metaspins, no. 4
4Metaspins3/5
An identity check tied to a threshold of play and 30 days for documents, but one licensor in the terms and another in the register.
Licence
ALSI-202606048-FI2 (Anjouan) in the terms; Metaspins N.V., OGL/2024/1063/0437 in the Curaçao register
Identity check
When play reaches the threshold (cl. 9.7)
Deadline for documents
30 days (cl. 9.10)
Payout cap
No cap; depending on the payment method there may be monthly instalments (cl. 12.5)
Registration
Email address and password
Welcome offer
100% up to 1 BTC on the first deposit
What the terms settle
An account opens with an email address and a password
30 days to send documents (cl. 9.10)
The Curaçao certificate is active for the domain metaspins.com (12 September 2026)
What to watch
Clause 9.7 names no amount for the threshold
The Anjouan number in the terms and the Curaçao licence in the register do not agree
"0% fees" on the front page, while clause 12.2 allows fees to arise
Terms as at 2 September 2026; Curaçao register, 12 September 2026.
A Metaspins account is opened with an email address and a password, and the first deposit carries a 100% bonus up to 1 BTC. The front page says “0% fees”, while clause 12.2 of the terms leaves fees possible. Money can be taken out in the same crypto it was paid in with (cl. 11.3), and every deposit has to be wagered once (cl. 4.2). There is no period cap; under clause 12.5 a large amount may be paid in monthly instalments where the payment method is restricted.
Identity clause 9.7 ties the check to a threshold of play but names no amount for it. Clause 9.10 gives 30 days to produce documents. There are two sources for the licence: clause 1.1 of the terms carries the Anjouan number ALSI-202606048-FI2, while on 12 September 2026 the Curaçao register showed Metaspins N.V. with an active licence OGL/2024/1063/0437 for the domain metaspins.com. The two authorities do not meet, so the fifth criterion goes unmet. The same clause 1.1 names Costa Rica law as the governing law; what a foreign governing law means in a contract is shown in the side-by-side comparison.
Who it suits: someone who wants a simple registration and a 30-day deadline for documents, and who reads the licence section for themselves before depositing.
Rainbet, no. 5
5Rainbet3/5
An account opens with a single email address and the check comes at a withdrawal, but there is no licence number anywhere on the site.
Licence
No number is published; clause 21.6 names Gaming Services Provider N.V.
Two tracks to choose from, 100% up to $700 per tier, 20 free spins, a 40x wagering requirement
What the terms settle
An email address is enough to open an account
The deadline for producing documents is written down
SOL, TRX, USDT and USDC are named; the FAQ also mentions cards and bank transfers
What to watch
There is no licence number on the site
Identity clause 20.1 names no amount
The welcome bonus carries a 40x wagering requirement
Terms and front page as at 2 September 2026.
An email address is enough to open a Rainbet account. The front-page FAQ names nine coins — BTC, ETH, LTC, XRP, SOL, TRX, BNB, USDT and USDC — and beside them cards, bank transfers and gift cards. By the front page there are more than 8,000 games; among the studios named are Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Relax Gaming, Hacksaw Gaming, BGaming and NoLimit City. The welcome offer has two tracks, chosen before the first deposit: 100% up to $700 per tier, 20 free spins and a 40x wagering requirement.
Documents are asked for at a withdrawal (cl. 20.1): a photographic identity document, a selfie with the document, a proof of address and, where needed, a verification call. There are three days to send them, and the clause carries no amount. The smallest withdrawal is 15 USD (cl. 8.1), there is no ceiling, and a crypto deposit has to be wagered once before a withdrawal (cl. 8.7). Rainbet publishes no licence number: the footer mark carries none, and under clause 21.6 the licensor is Gaming Services Provider N.V. Who to address a complaint to in that case is explained on the complaints page.
Who it suits: someone who wants a short registration, SOL or a card payment, and can send documents within three days.
Shuffle.com, no. 6
6Shuffle.com3/5
An active Curaçao licence carrying the same number the operator prints itself; an identity check before the first withdrawal at the latest (cl. 5.2).
Licence
Curaçao, Natural Nine B.V., OGL/2024/1337/0628, active since 16 October 2024
Identity check
At a threshold the operator sets, and before the first withdrawal in any case (cl. 5.2)
Documents required
Passport, ID card or driving licence, a selfie, a check of the payment method (cl. 5.2)
What the terms settle
The operator and the register show the same licence number (8 September 2026)
Taking crypto out to the same wallet on the same network exempts you from wagering the deposit (cl. 10.2)
Any fee is displayed before you confirm (cl. 10.7)
What to watch
The threshold for a check is mentioned, but no amount is given
There is no deadline for sending documents
Coins are visible only in the cashier after registration (cl. 9.4)
Terms on the operator's page as at 8 September 2026; CGA register cert.cga.cw, 8 September 2026.
Shuffle.com's licence is from Curaçao: Natural Nine B.V., OGL/2024/1337/0628, issued on 16 October 2024. The operator prints the same number that stands in the register (8 September 2026), and that is the clearest case in the ranking. The providers page carries 56 studio links, the operator's own studio among them. Coins are shown only in the cashier after registration (cl. 9.4), so the terms carry no list of them.
Clause 5.2 places the check at a threshold the operator sets itself, and before the first withdrawal in any case. A passport, an ID card or a driving licence may be asked for, together with a selfie and confirmation of the payment method. The clause carries neither an amount nor a deadline. The requirement to wager the deposit does not apply where you take crypto out to the same wallet on the same network (cl. 10.2), and any fee is shown before you confirm (cl. 10.7). Clause 10.10 adds that a responsible-play measure is not used to block a well-founded withdrawal.
Who it suits: a crypto player who pays in and out from the same wallet and is ready to produce a document before the first withdrawal.
Bitsler, no. 7
7Bitsler2/5
An active Curaçao licence for the domain bitsler.com and Veriff named as the checking service, but the clause carries no starting moment, amount or deadline.
Licence
Curaçao, Oyine N.V., OGL/2024/930/0387, active in the register
Identity check
Large deposits or a level of spending (cl. 8.22); a general right (cl. 4.3)
Documents required
An identity document; sometimes a proof of address no more than three months old
Payout cap
The minimum and maximum are set by the operator (cl. 8.6)
Registration
Email address
What the terms settle
The checking service is named: Veriff
A large withdrawal can be taken in BTC, ETH or USDT (cl. 8.13)
bitsler.com is on the certificate (12 September 2026)
What to watch
Clause 1.1 of the terms still calls the licence number an application
There is neither an amount nor a deadline for documents
Buying crypto with a card requires an identity document and a proof of address first
Terms and help centre as at 2 September 2026; Curaçao register, 12 September 2026.
Bitsler's licence is held by Oyine N.V., Curaçao number OGL/2024/930/0387, issued on 22 July 2024. In the register, bitsler.com sat on that certificate on 12 September 2026, even though clause 1.1 of Bitsler's own terms still describes the same number as an application. An email address is enough to register, but identity and address have to be confirmed before crypto can be bought with a card. The front page speaks of more than 7,000 slots, and the first deposit offers a choice between two welcome bonuses; the campaign page publishes the wagering requirement for neither.
Documents are checked by a third party, Veriff; the term is explained in the glossary. Clause 8.22 ties the check to large deposits and to a level of spending, and clause 4.3 keeps a general right to ask; while documents are missing, the account may be suspended (cl. 4.4). An identity document is asked for, and sometimes a proof of address no more than three months old. The clause names no starting moment, no amount and no deadline. The minimum and maximum withdrawal are set by the operator itself (cl. 8.6); a large amount may be paid in instalments and in BTC, ETH or USDT (cl. 8.13), which is also where the rule about wagering the deposit once sits.
Who it suits: someone who wants to know which service checks their documents, and who plays mostly slots.
Thunderpick, no. 8
8Thunderpick2/5
A Curaçao licence active in the register and a weekly cap of €100,000, but the identity clause fixes no start for the check.
Licence
Curaçao, OGL/2024/677/0722, active in the register
Identity check
A right to check, with no start fixed (cl. 21.1)
Payout cap
€100,000 a week (cl. 6.12)
What the terms settle
The weekly cap is written in euros: €100,000 (cl. 6.12)
The certificate is active in the Curaçao register
What to watch
The terms name neither an authority nor a licence number
Clause 21.1 does not say when or from what amount a check begins
The operator's terms and the Curaçao register, 24 August – 12 September 2026.
For Thunderpick there is an active Curaçao licence in the register, OGL/2024/677/0722. The operator's own terms name neither the authority nor the number, so the licence is found in the register rather than on a footer line. The steps for searching by domain are set out on the foreign licences page.
The right to check identity sits in clause 21.1, but the clause does not say when the check begins, from what amount, or with what deadline. That gives Thunderpick two points out of five: the clause exists and the licence is findable in the register. Withdrawals carry a weekly cap of €100,000 (cl. 6.12), the highest weekly cap written in euros anywhere in the ranking.
What does that mean for a player? For large amounts the ceiling is high, but the timing of a document demand stays open. It is worth asking support about it in writing before a first large deposit, and keeping the answer, because the terms themselves do not settle it.
Who it suits: a player who stakes large amounts, values a high weekly cap and asks about the timing of checks for themselves beforehand.
Jack.com, no. 9
9Jack.com1/5
Formerly Jackbit, renamed on 29 May 2026: an active Curaçao certificate in the name of Data Link Digital B.V. for the domain jack.com.
Licence
Curaçao, Data Link Digital B.V., OGL/2024/1562/1139, issued 23 July 2025
What the terms settle
The domain jack.com has a certificate of its own
The licence criterion is met in the ranking
What to watch
One of the five criteria is met
Two domains, two certificates: jack.com and the old jackbit.com separately
CGA portal cert.cga.cw, licences checked 8–13 September 2026.
Until 29 May 2026 Jack.com went by the name Jackbit. The certificate for the new domain, OGL/2024/1562/1139, was issued in Curaçao on 23 July 2025 and its holder is Data Link Digital B.V. The old jackbit.com sits under a different certificate. The licence criterion is met, and it is Jack.com's only point out of five; the four identity criteria go unmet in the ranking.
The name change leaves a player with one practical conclusion: the domain and the certificate have to be matched up. The register searches by domain, and jack.com and jackbit.com give two separate entries. If you played at the old address before, check which domain your account now leads to and which entry covers it. Casinos with a name change and a new certificate have a story of their own.
Who it suits: someone who played at Jackbit before and wants to know which certificate the new domain runs on.
Wild.io, no. 10
10Wild.io1/5
An active Curaçao certificate in the name of Nonce Gaming B.V., while the terms name Stack Gaming Ltd as the contracting party.
Licence
Curaçao, OGL/2024/210/0198, Nonce Gaming B.V., issued 14 April 2025
What the terms settle
The certificate is active in the Curaçao register (31 August 2026)
The domain sits under the licence: the fifth criterion is met
What to watch
The certificate and the terms carry two different companies
One of the five criteria is met
CGA register cert.cga.cw, 31 August 2026.
Wild.io's licence is active in Curaçao: OGL/2024/210/0198, issued on 14 April 2025, entry read on 31 August 2026. The certificate names Nonce Gaming B.V. as holder, while the operator's own terms name Stack Gaming Ltd as the contracting party. Both are primary sources and they do not say the same thing. We do not choose between them; we show both.
The casino earns one point for the licence; the four identity criteria go unmet. A situation with two names means one thing above all for a player: if a dispute arises, you need to know who you are writing to. It is worth finding the company name and the complaint address in the terms before depositing, and saving them with the date.
Who it suits: someone who wants to play under an active Curaçao certificate and is prepared to check the contracting party's name themselves.
Wolfbet, no. 11
11Wolfbet1/5
32 coins in the FAQ and weekly and monthly caps written down, but in the ranking the Anjouan licence is never tied to the operator's domain through a register.
Licence
Anjouan, ALSI-132405048-FI3, printed in clause 1 §1 and in the footer
Identity check

Terms and FAQ on the operator's page as at 2 September 2026.
Wolfbet's FAQ lists 32 coins, the longest list in the ranking; among them the stablecoins USDT and USDC, and beside them BTC, ETH, LTC, XRP, TRX, BNB, DOGE, SHIB and XLM. How to choose networks for the rarer coins is covered in the cashier overview. An email address is enough to register, but a withdrawal requires a confirmed email address and two-step authentication switched on (cl. 15(1)). Withdrawals carry a weekly cap of 8,000 USD and a calendar-month cap of 30,000 USD (cl. 15(5)). The smallest withdrawal is 0.01 USD under clause 14(5), while the FAQ sets higher minimums coin by coin. The campaign page offers a 200% deposit bonus as a welcome.
The right to check identity sits in clause 5(1), but with no starting moment, amount or deadline; while documents are missing, an account may be frozen or closed (cl. 5(3)). The Anjouan licence number ALSI-132405048-FI3 is printed in the first paragraph of clause 1 and in the footer, and you can search the Anjouan register by that number yourself. In the ranking the fifth criterion goes unmet and Wolfbet earns one point.
Who it suits: someone who pays with rarer coins and wants a withdrawal to sit behind two-step authentication.
TrustDice, no. 12
12TrustDice0/5
Not one criterion is met in the ranking; this is, however, the casino where the desk saw an identity check start on its own account in May 2026.
The desk's account
May 2026, USDT deposits over several weeks
Start of the check
When the withdrawals passed a total of roughly 5,000 USD
The check
A Veriff link by email; the passport went through on the fifth attempt
What the terms settle
On the desk's account, withdrawals went through without a check up to a total of roughly 5,000 USD
The check was run by Veriff and was passed with a passport
What to watch
The next withdrawal stayed in the state "payment under review"
A driving licence was not accepted; later, documents were asked for by email a second time
0 of five criteria in the ranking
An observation from an account opened with the desk's own money, May 2026.
TrustDice is last in the ranking: not one of the five criteria is met. It is, however, the second casino where the desk made deposits and withdrawals with its own money, and that observation shows well how an identity check can start.
In May 2026 the desk made USDT deposits over several weeks. Withdrawals went through without a check until their combined total passed roughly 5,000 USD. The next withdrawal landed in the state “payment under review”, and then an email arrived from the compliance department with a Veriff link. A driving licence was not accepted; a passport went through on the fifth attempt. Later TrustDice asked for documents a second time, again by email.
The conclusion is simple: a check can arrive in the middle of play even when earlier withdrawals went through without one. Keep a valid passport to hand, and reckon with being asked for documents more than once. What to do in that situation is described on the identity page.
Who it suits: a USDT player who has a valid passport and accepts that a check can arrive mid-play.
Online casinos in places 13 to 30
After the twelve scored cards, the table carries on with eighteen casinos. They have no five-criteria score and no place in the scored ranking, and about them we write only what the table holds:
Ritzo
Mino
Lussurio
Winshark — a Curaçao licence in the name of GBL Solutions N.V., OGL/2024/589/0556, shown in the cert.cga.cw portal with the status “Active” (26 August 2026)
HitnSpin
Trino
iWild
Vavada
Bet It All
Welle
Spellwin
Roy Spins
Pledoo
Wazbee
Slotoro
Hugo
Snatch
Slotsvader
If one of them earns the five-criteria points, it moves up among the scored cards, to whatever place its score gives it.
How to compare two casinos
Two casinos with the same score will not necessarily suit you in the same way. Below are five steps, using Bitcasino.io and Wild Fortune as an example: both have four criteria out of five.
Find the missing criterion. Bitcasino.io lacks a deadline for documents, Wild Fortune an amount. If you want to know in advance the amount at which a check comes, that speaks for Bitcasino.io; if it matters more to you how many days you have for documents, it speaks for Wild Fortune.
Compare when the check begins. Bitcasino.io asks for documents at a withdrawal above €2,500 (cl. 6.6). Wild Fortune asks a bitcoin player before play (cl. 2.7) and everyone before a withdrawal (cl. 11.2).
Put the payout caps side by side. Wild Fortune sets €1,000 a day, €5,000 a week and €15,000 a month (cl. 11.8). Bitcasino.io limits only a large withdrawal, up to 1 million USDT a week (cl. 6.10).
Look at the cashier. Bitcasino.io names 12 to 13 coins and waits for three network confirmations (cl. 6.1); Wild Fortune's banking page carries 10 coins.
Work out what the bonus costs. Bitcasino.io's bonus money has to be wagered 30 times within seven days. At Wild Fortune, clause 11.15 caps winnings from the first three deposits at 7,500 Canadian dollars, and every deposit has to be wagered three times (cl. 9.7).
Sixth, look at the licence dates. Wild Fortune's Anjouan licence runs to 29 September 2026, so after that day it is worth checking in the register whether the entry has been renewed.
A second pair, Metaspins and Rainbet, both have three criteria out of five and show how differently the same score can be made up. Both give documents a deadline, but Metaspins allows 30 days (cl. 9.10) and Rainbet three days (cl. 20.1). Metaspins' licence carries two authorities; Rainbet publishes no number at all. A Rainbet account opens on one email address, a Metaspins account on an email address and a password. If time to gather documents matters to you, the advantage is with Metaspins; if you want the shortest sign-up, with Rainbet.
Even the best online casinos differ in which criterion they lack, and that is often more telling than the number of points. Casinos on the internet differ first of all in those rows, not in their design or the size of their banner. A longer guide to choosing, with a checklist, is on the page about how to choose one casino.
Not every casino on the internet publishes its rules to the same standard. Some write out the amount and the deadline, some leave both open, and that gap is exactly what the five squares of the ranking measure.
What stays out of the score
The top places here do not go to whoever has the biggest bonus or the most games. Those figures are on the card where the operator publishes them, but they earn no points, because there is no clause behind them governing how your money moves.
The same goes for payout speed. How long money is on its way depends on three things you can read out of the terms: whether the operator asks for documents first, how many network confirmations the cashier waits for, and whether the amount fits inside the period cap. Bitcasino.io waits for three confirmations (cl. 6.1), Rocketpot for one (cl. 10.5); Wild Fortune has a daily cap of €1,000, Vave has no period cap at all (cl. 8.8). We publish no times. All three reasons for waiting are taken apart in the guide to the payout route.
Support stays out of the score as well. The language of a chat window and its opening hours do not change what the contract says, but support is the place to ask what the terms leave open. Ask in writing and keep the answer.
Online casinos for a player in Estonia: what to read off the card first
If you are looking for the online casinos that give a player living in Estonia the clearest rules, read three rows on the card: the document threshold, the payout cap and the state of the licence. For someone counting in euros it helps that Bitcasino.io's threshold (€2,500), Wild Fortune's caps and Thunderpick's weekly cap are all written in euros. The rest carry their amounts in USD, USDT or bitcoin.
As an identity document, Shuffle.com's clause 5.2 names a passport, an ID card or a driving licence. Keep the document valid and the proof of address less than three months old, because that is precisely what Bitsler asks for.
None of the operators here holds an Estonian permit; what a permit and a certificate are as documents, and what each of them lists, is set out on the permits and certificates page. What the cashier itself takes out of a payout is on the cashier costs page.
These casinos on the internet are open at any hour, and that is exactly why the limits are worth setting before the first deposit. If play starts to get out of hand, call the counselling line 15410, run by the gambling counselling centre; on limits and breaks, read the responsible play page.
From the point of view of a player in Estonia, online casinos differ less in their games and more in their terms. That is why every card here starts with the licence and the identity clause, not with the bonus.
Frequently asked questions
What decides the order of the casinos in this list?
The order comes from five criteria: whether the terms contain an identity-check clause, whether it says when the check begins, whether the clause carries an amount, whether documents have a deadline, and whether the licence sits in the issuer's register for the operator's own domain. Each criterion met is worth one point. Equal scores are ordered alphabetically. Bonus size and game counts earn no points.
Why does Vave come first when it has no place number?
Vave is the one casino this site links out to, so it stands outside the ranking and is not scored. It takes none of the twelve scored places. Its card carries the same rows as every other: licence, identity clause, document deadline and offer, each with a clause number and a date.
What do places 13 to 30 mean?
They are the remaining casinos in the table. They carry no five-criteria score and no place in the scored ranking. About them we write only what the table itself holds; for Winshark, for instance, the Curaçao licence OGL/2024/589/0556. If one of them ever earns points, it moves up among the scored casinos.
Who writes the document threshold out as an amount?
Bitcasino.io's clause 6.6 names €2,500 or the same value in crypto, and in the same sentence keeps the right to check smaller amounts too. Rocketpot carries two amounts: 2,500 USD or 0.05 BTC under clause 11.4, and 2,000 USD under clause 12.4. Nobody else names an amount, which means the operator decides the timing of the check itself.
Has the desk played at these casinos itself?
There are two tests with the desk's own money. At Vave, on 28 August 2026, no document was asked for until the withdrawals added up to roughly 5,000 USDT. At TrustDice, in May 2026, the check began after the withdrawals passed a combined total of about 5,000 USD. Everything else on this page rests on the operators' terms and on register entries.
How do you check for yourself whether a licence is valid?
Curaçao licences can be looked up in the CGA portal at cert.cga.cw, and it is worth searching by domain there, because a certificate lists specific domains. The Anjouan register is searched by licence number. Look at the end date as well: Wild Fortune's Anjouan licence runs to 29 September 2026. Write down the day you looked at the entry.
Does the size of the bonus affect the place in the ranking?
It does not. The bonus appears on the card where the operator publishes it, but points come only from the identity-clause and licence criteria. With any bonus, always look at the wagering requirement: Bitcasino.io asks for 30x, Rainbet for 40x and Rocketpot's bonus terms for 100x. Vave's campaign page prints no multiplier at all.
