Payments: what foreign online casinos offer in the cashier

The national list shows no payment methods, so for an operator on it you read the cashier off its own page. Foreign online casinos often write their cashier into the terms or into a help centre, and the main channel there is crypto.

The coin lists differ in length:

• Wolfbet lists 32 crypto assets on its frequently asked questions page.
• Rocketpot names thirteen coins in clauses 7.1 and 10.1 of its terms, among them BTC, ETH, TRX, DOGE and USDC.
• Bitcasino.io's help centre names 12 coins; the deposit-limit table carries 13 with SHIB.
• Wild Fortune shows ten crypto assets on its banking page, handled by CoinsPaid.
• Rainbet names nine crypto assets in its front-page questions, plus cards, bank transfers and gift cards.

More important than the choice of coin are the cashier rules. Rocketpot accepts a deposit from 0.001 BTC and a smaller amount is lost (cl. 10.2); a withdrawal has to go in the same coin and to the same wallet (cl. 11.1). Metaspins allows you to take out only the crypto asset you paid in with (cl. 11.3). Bitcasino.io requires three network confirmations before a withdrawal (cl. 6.1), while Rocketpot settles for one (cl. 10.5).

On cards there is one clear rule, in Bitsler's help centre: to buy crypto with a card, identity and address have to be confirmed first. How foreign online casinos handle networks and fees is shown operator by operator in the overview of crypto payments.

Support and the complaint route

An operator on Estonia's list is watched over at home, so a complaint has a domestic addressee. Foreign casinos set the complaint route in their own terms, and those routes vary widely:

• Rainbet names its licensor Gaming Services Provider N.V. as the addressee in clause 21.6, adding no number.
• Metaspins names an Anjouan licence in clause 1.1, but Costa Rica as the governing law and the forum for disputes.
• Bitsler promises a final answer within fourteen working days in clause 25.4.

The first step is always the operator's support. Write by email, so that the answer survives, and keep everything in one folder: the username, the dates, screenshots of the cashier and the TXID of every crypto transfer. If support does not settle the matter, find in the terms the name that stands there as the addressee of a complaint. Identity checks: when foreign online casinos ask for documents

The national list says nothing about when an operator on it will check your account; that stands in its own terms. On the foreign side the answer is likewise in the operator's clause, and four of the ranking's five criteria measure exactly that clause: whether it exists, whether it says when the check begins, whether it prints an amount and whether documents have a deadline.

• Bitcasino.io prints a threshold of €2,500 (or the equivalent in crypto) in clause 6.6 and keeps the right to check smaller withdrawals too; clause 3.13 allows random checks.
• Rocketpot prints two amounts: clause 11.4 names 2,500 USD or 0.05 BTC, clause 12.4 names 2,000 USD. There are 30 calendar days for sending documents (cl. 12.2).
• Vave may ask for identity details before any withdrawal under clause 8.7; documents have 14 days.
• Wild Fortune asks for a document before play in bitcoin under clause 2.7, and before every withdrawal under clause 11.2.
• Metaspins ties the check to a threshold of play in clause 9.7, without naming its size; the deadline for documents is 30 days (cl. 9.10).
• Shuffle.com checks before the first withdrawal at the latest, under clause 5.2.

The desk has moved money in and out at two operators itself. At Vave, on 28 August 2026, withdrawals went through without a single ID check until the running total reached roughly 5,000 USDT. That is one account's experience over one period, not the operator's rule: clause 8.7 keeps the right to ask for identity before every withdrawal.

At TrustDice the desk deposited USDT over several weeks in May 2026. The first withdrawals moved on without documents being asked for, until the amount taken out passed a combined total of about 5,000 USD; the next one landed in the state “payment under review”. After that came a letter from the compliance department with a Veriff link. A check with a driving licence failed, one with a passport succeeded only on the fifth attempt, and some time later TrustDice asked by email for the documents to be sent again.

Foreign online casinos each write the threshold their own way, so it is worth looking at all the clauses together. They are collected on the page that takes the document demand clause by clause.

Opening an account: what foreign casinos ask for straight away

The national list tells you nothing about registration. On the foreign side there is more to see on the operators' own pages, and the difference starts with the first form:

• Vave's registration window asks for a nickname, an email address, a password and a tick confirming that you are over 18 and accept the terms (screenshot 24 August 2026).
• Rainbet writes on its front page that an email address is enough to open an account.
• Metaspins asks for an email address and a password.
• Bitcasino.io opens an account with an email address, but the address has to be confirmed before a withdrawal.
• Wolfbet requires email confirmation and two-step login before a first withdrawal (cl. 15(1)); that is account security, not an identity check.
• Wild Fortune opens an account with an email address, but a player in bitcoin has to produce a document straight away (cl. 2.7).

A short form does not mean documents will not be asked for later. The same operator's identity clause can trigger a check at a withdrawal, as the examples above show.

Bonuses and wagering the deposit

The ranking awards no points for the size of a bonus, but for a reader it is often the first line to be read. Two rules are worth keeping apart: the requirement to wager bonus money, and the wagering of the deposit itself before a withdrawal.

Foreign casinos print their packages in very different shapes:

• Vave: a four-step package. The opening deposit bonus is 150% and runs to 1.5 BTC, plus 100 free spins; the next three steps are 100%, 50% and 25%. On the promotional page we read on 24 August 2026, no wagering multiplier is printed.
• Bitcasino.io: the package is split across three deposits and runs to 5,000 USDT in total; bonus money has to be wagered 30 times within 7 days and the smallest deposit is 50 USDT.
• Rainbet: two welcome tracks, chosen before the first deposit; 100% up to $700 per tier, plus 20 free spins and a 40x requirement.
• Metaspins: 100% up to 1 BTC on the first deposit.
• Rocketpot: the second version of the bonus terms, last amended on 10 August 2022, requires 100x wagering.

Wagering the deposit applies even if you took no bonus. Vave's clause 8.11 requires the deposit to be staked three times in the casino or live casino and once in sports before a withdrawal. The same threefold rule stands in Wild Fortune's clause 9.7 and Rocketpot's clause 11.2; a single round is required by Metaspins (cl. 4.2) and Bitsler (cl. 8.13). Shuffle.com (cl. 10.2) does not apply the single round to a crypto withdrawal that goes back to the same wallet on the same network.

Payout caps by period

The second cashier rule worth knowing before a deposit is the ceiling on withdrawals per day, week or month. The national list does not show it. On the foreign side it sits in an operator's clause and differs greatly:

• Wild Fortune: the daily ceiling is €1,000, the weekly €5,000 and the monthly €15,000 (cl. 11.8).
• Wolfbet: the weekly ceiling is 8,000 USD and the calendar-month ceiling 30,000 USD, absent a special agreement (cl. 15(5)).
• Thunderpick: the weekly ceiling is €100,000 (cl. 6.12).
• Bitcasino.io: on a large amount, up to 1 million USDT a week (cl. 6.10).
• Rocketpot: a win of 5,000 USD or more is paid out in monthly parts of up to 5,000 USD (cl. 11.5).
• Vave: clause 8.8 sets no period ceiling, but from a win of 50,000 USDT upwards it may in exceptional cases be paid in equal instalments.

A cap like that speaks about the amount leaving the account in one period, not about the length of the wait. On a large win it is often more important than the size of the bonus.

Games: slots, live casino and sport

On the game side there is no difference between the two: the same studio's slot returns the same mathematics wherever the operator's permission comes from. Estonia's list groups operators by the kind of game, and an online casino sits there under remote gambling.

The foreign operators' figures come from their own front pages and are their own marketing, read on 2 September 2026. Rainbet writes of more than 8,000 games and names six studios, among them Evolution, NoLimit City and Pragmatic Play. Bitcasino.io writes of more than 5,000 games, Rocketpot of more than 3,000 and Bitsler of 7,000+ slots. Beside Vave's casino there is a sportsbook as well.

The number of games is not a criterion in the ranking, because a bigger lobby says nothing about whether money comes back out of it. The fact boxes for every operator are in the full list.

Limits, help and what the cashier takes

An operator on Estonia's list has to offer a way to set a weekly or monthly loss ceiling before you first play, and a request to raise that ceiling can be confirmed only after 48 hours, while lowering it takes effect at once. With a foreign operator, a similar tool depends on its terms: Shuffle.com's clause 10.10 says that a responsible-play measure is not a reason to hold up a well-founded withdrawal, and that money can be taken out during a cooling-off period.

How to put the two side by side for yourself

A good comparison needs no large table. Six questions are enough, and the answers sit in the operator's documents and in the register:

1. Which domain are you playing on, and is that domain in the licensing authority's register?
2. Where is the identity clause, when does the check begin, and is an amount printed?
3. What deadline is there for sending documents?
4. What are the cashier rules: the minimum payment, the same-coin and same-wallet requirement, the network confirmations?
5. How many times does the deposit have to be wagered before a withdrawal?
6. Which clause names the addressee of a complaint and the governing law?

Foreign casinos change their terms without notice, and the same is true of the national list. In both cases, the only answer worth anything is the one with a date beside it.
