Foreign casinos ranked, September 2026
Casino without a licence: the 2026 ranking and the terms behind it
Twelve foreign casinos are ranked on what their own terms and the licence registers say: the identity-check clause, the threshold, the deadline for documents and the register entry. Every claim carries a clause number or a date.
A casino without a licence usually means, for a player in Estonia, a foreign online casino whose operator holds a Curaçao or Anjouan licence but no Estonian permit. This page holds thirty such casinos, twelve of them ranked on what their own terms and the licence registers say. For every operator you can see which coins it names, when it asks for documents, whether the threshold is written out as an amount and whether the licence sits in the register under its own domain.
Only twelve places in the table are ranked. The button at the end of every row opens the one casino this site links out to, and it does not move anything in the order. We describe that operator's terms in the rest of the page by exactly the same rules as everyone else's. Operator terms were read between 25 August and 8 September 2026, and the Curaçao and Anjouan registers up to 13 September 2026. In two casinos, Vave and TrustDice, the desk has also moved real money, and about those two attempts we say exactly as much as happened.
Five squares, five criteria, in this order: met unmet
- 1the terms contain an identity clause
- 2the clause says when the check begins
- 3the clause carries an amount
- 4documents have a deadline
- 5the licence is in the authority's register for the operator's domain

How the casino without a licence ranking was built
The order does not depend on bonus size or on the number of games. Each operator's documents are asked five questions, and every yes is worth one point:
- The terms contain an identity-check clause.
- That clause says when the check begins: at a withdrawal, after some event, or already before play.
- The threshold for the check is given as an amount.
- The terms set a deadline for sending documents.
- The licence appears in the issuing authority's register for the operator's own domain.
Why these five? On the day of a withdrawal, these are exactly the things that decide whether money moves on or sits still. A 200% bonus tells you nothing about that moment; a clause with an amount and a deadline tells you a great deal. A higher place here means one thing only: the operator's own text answers more of those five questions, and no larger offer or longer game list changes that.
The top three casinos collect four points out of five, the next three collect three, and no operator in the table reaches five. What goes missing most often is the amount or the deadline for documents: two of the twelve write out an amount, four write out a deadline. A register entry under the operator's own domain exists for seven. That is how casinos without a licence can be put in one line on the strength of their own words rather than their advertising copy.
How each answer is found, which documents are opened for it and when we last looked at them is set out on our method page.
How to read the table
Every row in the table collects the same fields. The licence column shows the authority and the state of the register entry, and the mark beside it says whether the entry is sound, needs attention or is a problem. The identity column shows whether the check comes at a withdrawal, on some event, or at a moment left unnamed, and the clause number sits beside it. The threshold and the period cap are given as amounts wherever the operator writes them out. The registration column lists the fields asked for when an account is opened, and the coins column says how many coins are in the operator's own list. A cell with a dash makes no claim at all, and should be read neither as a plus nor as a minus.
The 12 casinos in the ranking
Below are the twelve ranked operators in the same order as in the table. Each description says what the operator offers, which coins it names, how its identity check is worded, what state the licence is in and who the place suits. All twelve are foreign casinos without an Estonian licence, and what separates them is how much their own terms actually commit to paper. Longer cards with fact boxes are on the page that holds all thirty operators.
1. Bitcasino.io
Bitcasino.io puts the casino, live tables and sports betting together, and the front page speaks of more than 5,000 games (as at 2 September 2026). The help centre names 12 coins — USDT, BTC, ETH, TON, USDC, BNB, DOGE, ADA, XRP, TRX, LTC and MATIC — while the deposit-limit table runs to 13 with SHIB. Identity checks are governed by clauses 3.13 and 6.6: the first allows random checks, the second names withdrawals above €2,500 or the same value in crypto and keeps the right to check smaller ones too. The terms set no deadline for sending documents, so the fourth point goes unearned. The licence is held by Moon Technologies B.V., certificate OGL/2023/111/0069 dates from 1 July 2024, and as at 12 September 2026 bitcasino.io was among its domains. For a large amount, clause 6.10 allows up to 1 million USDT to leave in a week. It suits you if you want to know the exact amount at which a document demand begins on paper, before you deposit.
2. Rocketpot
Rocketpot works with crypto only, offers sports betting beside the casino and, by its front page, more than 3,000 games (2 September 2026). Clauses 7.1 and 10.1 name 13 coins: BTC, ETH, LTC, BCH, XRP, TRX, DOGE, ADA, BNB, USDC, DAI and USDT under two tickers, USDTE and USDTT. The threshold for documents appears twice in the terms with different amounts — clause 11.4 names 0.05 BTC or 2,500 USD, clause 12.4 names 2,000 USD — and clause 12.2 allows 30 calendar days for sending them. The licence is the harder part: clause 1.2 prints the number 1668/JAZ, but the CGA portal at cert.cga.cw showed that certificate as invalid on 12 and 13 September 2026. From a win of 5,000 USD upwards, clause 11.5 pays out up to 5,000 USD a month. It suits you if you want a threshold and a deadline written down and are willing to watch the register entry yourself. What the portal shows for each number is collected on the register entries page.
3. Wild Fortune
Wild Fortune offers a live casino, a VIP programme and a welcome package spread over five deposits: 225% up to 7,500 CAD and 250 free spins (bonus page, 2 September 2026, amounts in Canadian dollars). The banking page lists 10 coins — BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC, XRP, BNB, TRX, ADA, DOGE and BCH — and crypto payments are processed by CoinsPaid. Clause 2.7 requires an identity document from a bitcoin player before play, clause 11.2 from everyone before a withdrawal. Documents have two weeks from the withdrawal request (cl. 8.4 and 9.3), and the clauses name no amount. The licence comes from Anjouan: holder Metlait SRL, number ALSI-202509073-FI2, valid from 30 September 2025 to 29 September 2026, and wildfortune.io was on the register entry on 12 September 2026. Clause 11.8 sets three ceilings on withdrawals: €15,000 a month, €5,000 a week and €1,000 a day. It suits you if you play with smaller amounts and want the caps plainly written in euros; the overview of payout ceilings compares them with the rest.
4. Metaspins
Metaspins is a crypto-only casino with sports betting, live tables, in-house games and provably fair games. On the first deposit it offers 100% up to 1 BTC (campaign page and section 14 of the terms, 2 September 2026). The identity check is triggered by clause 9.7: age is always checked and identity once play reaches a certain threshold, but the terms name no amount. After a request, documents have 30 days (cl. 9.10). The licence carries two authorities: clause 1.1 prints the Anjouan number ALSI-202606048-FI2, while the Curaçao register showed an active entry for metaspins.com in the name of Metaspins N.V. on 12 September 2026 (OGL/2024/1063/0437), and the two have not been reconciled with each other. An account can be opened with an email address and a password, there is no period cap, and clause 12.5 allows a larger amount to leave in instalments. It suits you if you want a short registration and a crypto bonus; where there are two authorities, it is worth knowing in advance which way a complaint travels.
5. Rainbet
Rainbet has a casino and sports betting, more than 8,000 games by its front page, and highlights Evolution, Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, NoLimit City, Relax Gaming and BGaming among its suppliers (2 September 2026). The front-page FAQ names 9 coins — SOL, BTC, USDC, ETH, BNB, LTC, USDT, TRX and XRP — and beside them cards and bank transfers and gift cards. An email address alone is enough to open an account, by the front page's own account. Identity clause 20.1 ties the check to taking money out and names no amount. The same clause gives 72 hours for sending documents. Rainbet's footer carries a licence mark with no number on it, and the authority named in clause 21.6 is Gaming Services Provider N.V. It suits you if you value a simple registration and a wide choice of games; the minimum withdrawal is 15 USD (cl. 8.1) and the terms set no period cap.
6. Shuffle.com
Shuffle.com gathers the casino, live tables and sports betting into one account, and its providers page carries 56 supplier links alongside the operator's own studio (8 September 2026). Currencies are shown by the cashier only after registration, under clause 9.4. Identity clause 5.2 ties the document demand to a threshold the operator sets and sometimes changes, but a document must be produced before the first withdrawal at the latest. The clause names neither an amount nor a deadline. The licence is active in the register: holder Natural Nine B.V., certificate OGL/2024/1337/0628 from 16 October 2024 (register state 8 September 2026). The deposit has to be wagered once before a withdrawal, although clause 10.2 exempts a crypto withdrawal to the same wallet on the same network. It suits you if you want a licence the register confirms and are ready to produce a document before the first withdrawal.
7. Bitsler
Bitsler has sports betting, live tables, in-house games and provably fair games, and the front page speaks of more than 7,000 slots. An email address is enough to register, but buying crypto with a card requires both identity and address to be confirmed first (help centre, 2 September 2026). Identity is covered by clauses 4.3 and 8.22: a check may be brought on by large deposits or by a level of spending, and documents are checked by Veriff, but the clause does not say at which moment the check begins. The licence is held by Oyine N.V. and certificate OGL/2024/930/0387 dates from 22 July 2024; bitsler.com was on the certificate on 12 September 2026, even though Bitsler's terms still describe the same number as an application. Clause 8.6 leaves the minimum and maximum withdrawal to the operator, and the deposit has to be wagered once (cl. 8.13). It suits you if you play in-house games and want an active register entry; what provably fair and Veriff mean is explained in the glossary.
8. Thunderpick
Thunderpick's register entry OGL/2024/677/0722 is active, yet the operator's own terms name neither the authority nor the number. Identity clause 21.1 leaves the decision to the operator and does not say when the check comes. The withdrawal ceiling under clause 6.12 is €100,000 a week, the highest weekly cap written in euros anywhere in this table. The ranking gives Thunderpick two points: one for the identity clause and one for the register entry. It suits you if you play with larger amounts and want the weekly ceiling in euros known in advance.
9. Jack.com
Until 29 May 2026 Jack.com went by the name Jackbit. The new domain has its own active Curaçao certificate, number OGL/2024/1562/1139, held by Data Link Digital B.V. and issued to jack.com on 23 July 2025. The old address jackbit.com sits under a separate certificate, so the two domains do not share one licence. The ranking gives Jack.com one point, for the register entry under the operator's own domain. It suits you if you know the brand from its Jackbit days and want to know which certificate the new address runs on; the overview of newer certificates shows the other dates too.
10. Wild.io
Wild.io's licence carries two names: the Curaçao certificate OGL/2024/210/0198 names Nonce Gaming B.V. as holder, while the operator's own terms name Stack Gaming Ltd. We do not choose between the two; we show both as they are written. The licence is found in the register under the domain, and that is the only point Wild.io earns in the ranking. Before depositing, it is worth checking in the terms who the contract is with and who to turn to in a dispute. It suits you if you want a certificate that can be found in the register and you read the terms carefully yourself.
11. Wolfbet
Wolfbet is a crypto-only casino and sportsbook, and its FAQ lists 32 coins, among them BTC, ETH, LTC, SHIB, TRX, DOGE, XRP, BNB, USDC and USDT (2 September 2026). Before a first withdrawal, clause 15(1) requires email confirmation and two-step login — that is account security, not an identity check. Identity clause 5(1) grants the right to ask for documents but does not say at which moment. Clause 15(5) allows up to 8,000 USD a week and up to 30,000 USD in a calendar month to be taken out. The Anjouan licence number ALSI-132405048-FI3 stands in the first paragraph of clause 1 and in the footer, and in the ranking that number rests on the operator's own text. It suits you if you want a wide choice of coins and weekly and monthly caps written down.
12. TrustDice
TrustDice sits last in the table, because it earns no point at all from the five questions. It is in the table for a reason all the same: it is one of the two casinos where the desk has paid its own money in and out. In May 2026 the desk deposited USDT over several weeks; no check followed any withdrawal until the combined total passed roughly 5,000 USD. The next withdrawal landed in the state “payment under review”, after which an email arrived from the compliance department with a Veriff link. Verification with a driving licence failed, with a passport it worked only on the fifth attempt, and some time later TrustDice asked by email for the documents once more. It suits a reader who wants to know how a document demand actually starts, and the account of our two money tests gives the background for it.
Casinos 13–30
After the twelve ranked casinos, the table carries on with rows 13 to 30 and eighteen more names: Ritzo, Mino, Lussurio, Winshark, HitnSpin, Trino, iWild, Vavada, Bet It All, Welle, Spellwin, Roy Spins, Pledoo, Wazbee, Slotoro, Hugo, Snatch and Slotsvader. Winshark's row also carries licence details: Curaçao, GBL Solutions N.V., OGL/2024/589/0556, shown in the cert.cga.cw portal with the status “Active” (26 August 2026). The five-question order applies to the first twelve; rows 13 to 30 extend the list. All thirty rows in one table are on the list of casinos.
What a casino without a licence actually is
The search phrase sounds harsher than the thing itself. When someone looks for a casino without a licence, they rarely mean a place with no permission of any kind. They mean an operator that holds another country's licence but not an Estonian one. In our table those licences come mainly from the Curaçao Gaming Authority (CGA) and from Anjouan. The more accurate phrase would be a casino without an Estonian licence, and that is how the words are worth reading.
By the state of the licence, the ranked operators fall into three groups:
- The entry is in the register under the operator's domain. That is the case for Bitcasino.io, Wild Fortune, Shuffle.com, Bitsler, Thunderpick, Jack.com and Wild.io.
- The number is in the terms, but the register does not confirm it for that domain. Rocketpot's 1668/JAZ showed as invalid in the portal, Metaspins' terms name Anjouan while the register shows a Curaçao entry, and Wolfbet's number rests on the operator's own text.
- No number is published. Rainbet's footer mark carries no number.
Every casino without a licence belongs to one of those groups, and which one says far more than the word “licensed” in a footer. If a casino without a licence offers you a large bonus, look first at which group it belongs to. Operators that hold an Estonian permit appear on a list of their own, and how to search that list by address is shown on the page about Estonia's own list. What the cashier itself takes out of a payout, before anything reaches you, is set out on the cashier costs page.
What separates a foreign casino from an Estonian one
An Estonian-licensed casino and a casino without a licence look the same from the game side: a slot does not know who issued the operator's licence. The difference is in the cashier and around it, and in practice it shows up in six places.
- Who issued the licence. A foreign casino's licence comes from a Curaçao or Anjouan authority and the entry sits in that authority's register; an operator with an Estonian permit appears on Estonia's own list.
- Payments. The ranked operators work mainly in crypto, and Rocketpot, Metaspins and Wolfbet in crypto only. Cards are named by Rainbet and Bitsler, among others.
- Identity checks. When documents are asked for is written in each operator's own terms, and the answers differ sharply: Wild Fortune asks a bitcoin player before play, Rainbet only at a withdrawal.
- Registration. Little is asked when an account is opened: Rainbet wants only an email address, Metaspins an email address and a password, and documents come later, at the moment the terms name.
- Bonuses. Welcome packages are often split across several deposits — four at Vave, three at Bitcasino.io, five at Wild Fortune.
- Complaints. In a dispute the addressee is whoever the operator names in its terms; for Rainbet, clause 21.6 makes that Gaming Services Provider N.V.
Casinos without a licence are not alike, and that is exactly why the table is built on each operator's own terms. All of those differences in two columns are gathered in the side-by-side comparison.
Online casino without a licence: what you gain and what you give up
Here is what the casinos without a licence in the ranking offer in their documents, and what they ask for in return. Every line rests on a clause number or a date.
What you gain
- A wide choice of coins. Wolfbet's FAQ lists 32 coins, Rocketpot's terms 13, Bitcasino.io's help centre 12 and Wild Fortune's banking page 10.
- A short registration. Rainbet asks only for an email address by its front page, Metaspins for an email address and a password, Vave for a nickname, an email address and a password; the gap between a short registration and the later check is wide all the same.
- Large welcome packages. Vave's first deposit brings 100 free spins and a 150% bonus capped at 1.5 BTC, and Bitcasino.io's three-deposit package runs to 5,000 USDT in total.
- A threshold in writing, in some places. Bitcasino.io names €2,500 (cl. 6.6), Rocketpot 2,500 USD and 2,000 USD (cl. 11.4 and 12.4), so you know in advance at what amount a check begins on paper.
- Everything in one account. Casino, live tables and sports betting sit together at Bitcasino.io, Shuffle.com and Rainbet, among others.
- High period caps. Thunderpick's weekly cap is €100,000 (cl. 6.12), and Bitcasino.io allows up to 1 million USDT a week on a large amount (cl. 6.10).
What you give up
- Documents can be asked for before any withdrawal. Vave's clause 8.7 and Rainbet's clause 20.1 tie the check to a withdrawal without naming an amount.
- Deadlines are short and the consequences are hard. Vave gives 14 days for documents (cl. 8.7), and if they are not sent, the named consequence is closure of the account and forfeiture of winnings.
- The licence standing needs looking over. Rocketpot's number showed as invalid in the portal, Metaspins has two authorities, Wild.io has two holder names, and Wild Fortune's Anjouan licence runs only until 29 September 2026.
- Period caps. Wild Fortune pays out up to €1,000 a day (cl. 11.8), Wolfbet up to 8,000 USD a week (cl. 15(5)).
- A large win can arrive in instalments. At Rocketpot a win of 5,000 USD or more leaves in monthly parts of up to 5,000 USD each (cl. 11.5), and Metaspins keeps the right to pay in instalments without naming an amount (cl. 12.5).
- The deposit has to be wagered. Vave requires the deposit to be staked three times in the casino before a withdrawal (cl. 8.11), and at Rocketpot and Wild Fortune the multiplier is likewise three (cl. 11.2 and cl. 9.7 respectively).
- A crypto mistake is final. A payment sent on the wrong network or to the wrong address cannot be reversed.
- A complaint travels the route the operator chose. The addressee in a dispute is whoever the operator names in its terms, and when a withdrawal is stuck it is worth knowing that route beforehand.
On balance, an online casino without a licence suits a player who pays in crypto, reads the terms before depositing and keeps documents ready.
How to play: registering in five steps
Opening an account takes less time than reading the terms, which is exactly why the terms are the place to start. The five steps below fit any online casino without a licence, whether it is first in the table or twelfth.
- Choose a casino and open its terms. Find the identity-check clause, the requirement to wager the deposit and the period cap; the table already carries those clause numbers.
- Open the account with your real details. Vave asks for a nickname, an email address, a password and a confirmation that you are of age and accept the terms; Metaspins for an email address and a password; Rainbet for an email address only. If documents are asked for later, the details have to match them: Vave's clause 8.7 names the name, photograph, date of birth and citizenship on the document.
- Confirm the email address and secure the account. Wolfbet requires email confirmation and two-step login before a withdrawal (cl. 15(1)), and the same is worth switching on anywhere it is offered. Set a deposit or loss limit at the same time.
- Make the first deposit. Pick a coin and a network the cashier lists, and check the minimum: Rocketpot's is 0.001 BTC, and a smaller amount is lost under clause 10.2. If you want a bonus, choose it before depositing — at Rainbet the choice between the two welcome tracks is made exactly then.
- Prepare the withdrawal. Wager the deposit as many times as the terms require, take the money out in the same coin you paid in with (Metaspins cl. 11.3; Rocketpot's clause 11.1 also requires the same wallet), and keep an identity document and a proof of address to hand.
A longer checklist is in the guide to choosing one casino.
Payments: crypto, cards and coins
The cashiers in this ranking are built around crypto. Rocketpot, Metaspins and Wolfbet work in crypto only, while Rainbet and Bitsler offer a card payment or card-bought crypto alongside it. BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC, XRP and TRX recur in all five coin lists the operators publish themselves. If you compare casinos without a licence by their cashier, look at three things: the coin, the network and the minimum.
The network matters as much as the coin
USDT moves on several blockchains, and a cashier address is valid on one of them only. Rocketpot goes so far as to separate them by ticker, USDTE and USDTT. Copy the address out of the cashier afresh every time and check that the network chosen in your wallet is the same one, because a payment made on a blockchain cannot be reversed. Confirmations are demanded differently: Bitcasino.io wants three network confirmations on a deposit before a withdrawal request (cl. 6.1), while one is enough at Rocketpot (cl. 10.5). If you are using the cashier of a casino without a licence for the first time, send a small amount to begin with and make sure it arrives.
Your first crypto deposit, step by step
- Buy the coin on an exchange and move it to your own wallet, so that a withdrawal can later come back to the same place.
- Open a deposit in the casino cashier, choose the coin and the network and copy the address; if the cashier also shows a memo or tag field, copy that too.
- Check in your wallet that the same network is selected and that the amount is above the minimum the cashier states.
- Send a small amount first and wait until it shows up in the casino balance.
- Save the transaction's TXID and take a screenshot of the cashier, because those are your only evidence if a payment ever gets stuck.
Cards and bank transfer
Rainbet's front-page FAQ lists cards, bank transfers and gift cards alongside crypto. Bitsler has card-bought crypto, but it opens only after identity and address have been confirmed. Vave's terms cap the intermediary bank fee on a bank transfer at 16 USDT (cl. 8.6) and name a €12.50 transfer fee when an account is closed (cl. 8.10). Wild Fortune's crypto payments are processed by CoinsPaid, which is named on its banking page.
Coins and networks operator by operator, with fees and minimums, are in the payments guide.
Identity checks in short
An identity check (KYC) is an ordinary step in a foreign casino, not an exception. The question is when it comes and whether it is written down in advance. Every online casino without a licence decides that for itself in its own terms. Casinos without a licence are not casinos without documents, and three different moments show up in the ranked terms:
- At a withdrawal. Vave (cl. 8.7), Rainbet (cl. 20.1) and Rocketpot (cl. 11.4) tie the check to a withdrawal.
- After an event. Bitcasino.io names a €2,500 limit (cl. 6.6), Metaspins “a certain threshold” with no amount (cl. 9.7), and Shuffle.com a threshold the operator sets plus the first withdrawal in any case (cl. 5.2); a bitcoin player has to verify at Wild Fortune before the first stake (cl. 2.7).
- With the moment unnamed. Thunderpick (cl. 21.1) and Wolfbet (cl. 5(1)) keep the right to ask without saying when.
Five operators write out a deadline for sending documents. The longest belong to Rocketpot and Metaspins — 30 calendar days (cl. 12.2) and 30 days (cl. 9.10) respectively — while Vave allows 14 days (cl. 8.7), Wild Fortune two weeks and Rainbet 72 hours (cl. 20.1). The clock usually starts once a withdrawal is already waiting, which is worth knowing before you deposit.
What is asked for on the document, and beside it
The lists of documents are similar from operator to operator, but the details differ. Vave's clause 8.7 wants the name, photograph, date of birth and citizenship visible on the document, and it may also ask for two photographs of you — one with the document, the other with the document and a sheet of paper carrying the site's name and that day's date — as well as a telephone call and, in some cases, a video call. Rainbet lists (cl. 20.1, 5.2 and 8.3) a photographic identity document, a selfie with the document, a recent utility bill as proof of address, and a verification call. Bitcasino.io's clauses 6.5 and 5 add a proof of address, a copy of a debit card and a document showing that the payment method belongs to you. Bitsler's help centre wants a proof of address issued no more than three months earlier, with all four corners visible in the picture.
The desk's two attempts show what that looks like in practice. At Vave the desk paid its own money in and out on 28 August 2026, and withdrawals went through without an identity document until a running total of roughly 5,000 USDT. That is one account over one period, not a rule, because clause 8.7 allows Vave to check identity before any withdrawal. At TrustDice the check arrived once withdrawals had added up to more than about 5,000 USD, and it ran through Veriff, as described under the twelfth place.
Keep a passport or ID card and a recent proof of address ready before your first larger withdrawal. Each operator's threshold, deadline and list of documents is on the documents page.
Payouts: what the waiting depends on
The length of a withdrawal cannot be promised in a single number, because the waiting is made of several parts and different parties run them. We do not name times here; we name what the times depend on. Every casino without a licence puts these gates in a different place in its terms, so the four below are worth finding before your first request.
- The gates in the terms. Before a request moves at all, the conditions have to be met. Vave wants the deposit wagered three times in the casino or live casino and once in sports (cl. 8.11), Shuffle.com once, except for crypto to the same wallet on the same network (cl. 10.2), and Rocketpot a withdrawal in the same coin and to the same wallet (cl. 11.1).
- The operator's review. The request is reviewed by the operator, and this is exactly where a document demand can appear. Vave's clause 8.7 allows pending withdrawals to be held or cancelled for the duration of a check.
- The network. A confirmed payment goes onto the blockchain, where movement depends on network load and on the number of confirmations required. That is why the choice of network matters as much as the choice of coin.
- Period caps and instalments. On a large amount the ceiling decides: Wild Fortune up to €15,000 a month (cl. 11.8), Wolfbet up to 30,000 USD a month (cl. 15(5)), Rocketpot up to 5,000 USD a month on a large win (cl. 11.5). Vave's clause 8.8 sets no period cap, but from a win of 50,000 USDT it may, in exceptional cases, pay in equal instalments.
Those four places let you judge any casino cashier for yourself before you deposit. Before a request, check that the wagering is done, that the coin and network are the same, that the address is right and that the documents are ready. Take a screenshot of the cashier and save the TXID of every crypto payment, because those are the first things asked for in a dispute. A longer account of the three waits is on the payouts page.
If a withdrawal is left waiting
Look first at the withdrawal's status in the cashier and at your inbox, because a document demand usually arrives by email. Answer it within the deadline the terms give — 14 days at Vave (cl. 8.7), 30 calendar days at Rocketpot (cl. 12.2) — and send everything asked for at once. Deal with support in writing, and attach the transaction's TXID and the date of the request to every message. If no answer comes, or the answer does not match the terms, the next step is a complaint to the authority the operator names in its own terms.
Bonuses and wagering requirements
The welcome offer is a foreign casino's shop window, but its value is decided by the wagering requirement. The requirement says how many times bonus money — and sometimes the deposit as well — has to be staked before it can be taken out. Large packages are what casinos without a licence are most noticed for, but a package is worth what its multiplier and deadline leave of it.
- Vave: 150% on the first deposit (up to 1.5 BTC) with 100 free spins, 100% on the second, 50% on the third and 25% on the fourth; the campaign page (24 August 2026) prints no wagering multiplier.
- Bitcasino.io: the package is split across three deposits and runs to 5,000 USDT in total, with 30x on the bonus money within seven days and a deposit from 50 USDT (2 September 2026).
- Rainbet: two alternative tracks, chosen before the first deposit, each with 100% up to 700 USD per tier, 20 free spins and 40x.
- Wild Fortune: 225% up to 7,500 CAD and 250 free spins across five deposits.
- Metaspins: 100% up to 1 BTC on the first deposit.
- Wolfbet: a 200% welcome bonus on a deposit.
- Rocketpot: the second version of the bonus terms, amended on 10 August 2022, carries a 100x wagering requirement.
How to compare two offers
Put the offers side by side on five figures: the percentage, the cap, the wagering multiplier, the deadline and the minimum deposit. For Bitcasino.io all five are written down — three deposits, up to 5,000 USDT in total, 30x, seven days and from 50 USDT — and that is what makes the offer comparable. Where a figure is missing, as the multiplier is on Vave's campaign page, ask support for it in writing before you activate anything. A bigger percentage does not give bigger value if the multiplier is higher with it: a 100% bonus at 30x means 3,000 USDT of stakes on a 100 USDT deposit, while a 200% bonus at 40x on the same deposit means 8,000 USDT.
Always work the requirement out yourself. If you take a 100 USDT bonus at 30x, you have to stake 3,000 USDT before withdrawing; at 40x the same bonus needs 4,000 USDT and at 100x it needs 10,000 USDT of stakes. Separate from the bonus requirement is the wagering of the deposit itself, which applies even if you take no bonus (Vave cl. 8.11, Rocketpot cl. 11.2). Before you activate a bonus at any casino without a licence, read its terms page rather than the banner alone. If you plan to play mostly at live tables or in sports, check first which games count towards the requirement. The words, from wagering requirement to RTP, are explained in the glossary.
Games: slots, live, crash and sport
The choice of games does not move the ranking, but it is often what a casino is chosen on. On the game side, a casino without a licence does not differ from an ordinary online casino: the suppliers and the game types are the same, the cashier and the licence are not.
Slots
The biggest figures are on the front pages: Rainbet speaks of more than 8,000 games, Bitcasino.io of more than 5,000 and Rocketpot of more than 3,000, while Bitsler speaks of more than 7,000 slots (all as at 2 September 2026). Shuffle.com's providers page carries 56 supplier links. These are the operators' own figures, not our count, and where the figures come from is recorded beside each casino. A slot's return to player (RTP) is set by the supplier and is a long-run average, which predicts nothing about one evening. The games at a casino without a licence come from the same studios as everywhere else — for Rainbet, Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming and NoLimit City among them.
Live casino
A live casino means a real dealer on a video stream: roulette, blackjack, baccarat and game shows. Live tables are there at Bitcasino.io, Rocketpot, Metaspins, Rainbet, Shuffle.com, Bitsler, Wolfbet and Wild Fortune. Evolution is among Rainbet's highlighted suppliers. What to look at in the game selection before registering is set out in the checklist for choosing a casino.
Crash and in-house games
Crash is simple: a multiplier rises until it drops at some moment, and you win if you take your stake out before that. Crypto casinos often build such games themselves, and in-house games are offered by Bitcasino.io, Rocketpot, Metaspins, Rainbet, Shuffle.com, Bitsler and Wolfbet. Provably fair means every result can be checked cryptographically; that mark appears at Bitsler, Metaspins, Rainbet, Shuffle.com and Wolfbet. In crash the result is decided by the moment you leave, so set the amount you stop at before you play.
Sport
Sports betting sits in the same account at Vave, Bitcasino.io, Rocketpot, Metaspins, Rainbet, Shuffle.com, Bitsler and Wolfbet. Vave requires the deposit to be wagered once in sports and three times in the casino (cl. 8.11), which is worth keeping in mind if you mix the two.
Licence and safety: what a casino with no Estonian licence shows you
A licence number in a footer is only the beginning. The register entry says whether the number really exists, who holds it and which domains sit under it. Before you move money to an account at any online casino without a licence, look the entry over in five steps:
- Find the number in the footer or in the first clauses of the terms.
- Open the issuer's register: the CGA portal at cert.cga.cw for Curaçao, the public register at anjouangaming.com for Anjouan.
- Search by domain, not by brand name.
- Compare the holder's name in the terms with the one in the register.
- Look at the issue date and the expiry date.
Those three things — the number, the register and the holder's name — are what a casino with no Estonian licence actually shows you about itself. Every casino without a licence carries some mark in its footer, but only the register says what that mark is worth. Where a casino publishes no number at all, as Rainbet does not, there is nothing to look up and only the operator's own word is left.
There are several examples. For Vave, the CGA portal on 12 September 2026 showed one domain under Latcas B.V.'s licence OGL/2024/1676/0905 (active from 19 May 2025) — vavegame.com; vave.com was not there. Jack.com has had its own certificate since 23 July 2025, while the old jackbit.com sits under a different one. Wild Fortune's Anjouan licence runs until 29 September 2026, so the entry is worth looking at again after that. Bitsler's number is active in the register, even though the operator's terms still call it an application.
What a permit and a certificate are as documents, and what each of them does and does not prove, is gathered on the permits and certificates page. Whether Estonia appears in an operator's own list of restricted countries is shown by a figure on the licences and registers page.
Safety on your side
Safety does not come from a licence alone. Use two-step login, deposit from your own wallet, take screenshots of the cashier and of chat conversations, and save the TXID of every crypto payment. If a withdrawal gets stuck, those are the first things a complaint asks for, and the guide to making a complaint shows where to send them.
Responsible play and help in Estonia
Play is entertainment, not income. Before your first deposit, decide how much you are willing to lose, and set that as a limit in the casino's account settings. Check as well whether the account offers a break or a reminder about time played, and use them before you need them. Casinos without a licence offer limits and breaks by their own terms, not by one shared rule. Which tools you get depends on the operator, so find them on the day you register.
Three limits before the first stake
- A money limit. Decide the monthly amount you would not mind losing, and do not move more than that to the account.
- A time limit. Give play a start and an end time, and use the account's reminder where there is one.
- No chasing. A loss is not repaired by a bigger stake; if you feel the pull to win it back, take a break and come back on another day.
Shuffle.com writes in clause 10.10 (2 September 2026) that setting a play limit is not a reason to stop a correct withdrawal of yours, and that money can be taken out during a cooling-off period too. A sentence like that shows that setting a limit does not lock your money away.
If play starts taking more time or more money than you planned, call the counselling line 15410. The line is run by the gambling counselling centre at Sakala 16a-11 in Tallinn, which takes calls from Monday to Friday between 10 and 17. You do not have to say which casino you played at to get help. More about setting limits and taking breaks is in the guide to limits and breaks.
